MARK SPEETER // Lead Pastor
Mark serves as the lead pastor of Antioch Community Church.  Mark and Crystal carry a passion to know God deeply, see lives transformed, and see Jesus’ church expand throughout America and to unreached nations of the earth. They are excited for follow God’s call to start a new, church-planting church in Southern California. Before moving to California, Mark served as the Young Adults Pastor at Antioch Community Church in Waco, TX for several years, and he also led efforts to help establish and support new churches in the U.S. and around the world. Mark and Crystal have three kids - Isabelle, Judah, and Eden - and they love being active and enjoying the outdoors. Mark is from Minneapolis, MN, and Crystal is from Seattle, WA.

CRAIG BLANKENSHIP // Associate Pastor
Craig serves as the Associate Pastor & Antioch Discipleship School Director. After years of working in the mortgage industry, Craig is following the Lord’s leadership to use his experience and gifts to serve his true passion: the local church. Craig loves exploring new places, cliff-jumping, hiking, camping, hunting, and painting. Craig and his wife, Jackie (a San Diego native), met while attending Baylor University in Waco, TX, and married in 2009. They have two beautiful girls, Glory Ann & Lila.

MADISON NAGY // Children's Ministry Staff
Madison serves as the Children's Ministry Assistant Director. Born and raised in Pasco, Washington, Madison moved to Southern California to attend Biola University and graduated with a degree in Public Relations. She joined Antioch Community Church as a member and kids ministry volunteer in 2015 and since then has continued to serve in the kids and in College Life Group ministry. Madison's favorites include Saturday brunch, Kings Kaleidoscope, good tacos and her husband Jake.

ROLLIN GORDON // College Ministry Staff
Rollin serves on Antioch's College Staff. He recently graduated from Biola University with a degree in Intercultural Studies. He has a passion to see students walk in the fullness of Christ. He is a die-hard Los Angeles Dodgers fan and in his free time likes to read, spend time with friends, play sports, and go to Disneyland. Don’t let his southern accent fool you, he is a California native from Sacramento.

 

ANNIE HOWARD // Communications Director and Antioch Discipleship School Staff
Annie serves as both the Director of Communications and Creativity and as the Administrator for the Antioch Discipleship School. Annie has been a part of the Antioch movement since 2008 when she started attending Antioch Community Church in Waco, Texas during her time at Baylor University. Annie is passionate about the arts and seeing creatives find their calling in God. She will proclaim to anyone that will listen that doing the Antioch Discipleship School is the second best decision she ever made behind becoming a Christian. She also loves reading, listening to random podcasts and trips to NYC to see as many Broadway shows as possible.

JORDAN PEREZ // Operations Director
Jordan serves as Antioch's Director of Operations. A Colorado native, he moved to Southern California to attend Biola University where he got a degree in Business Administration. Jordan and his wife Ashley lead one of our young adult Lifegroups.

PHOENIX FREEMAN // Director of Unbound Orange County and City Involvement
Phoenix serves as Director of UnBound Orange County and City Involvement. She has been part of the Antioch Movement since college when Antioch planted their College Station church plant near her alma mater Texas A&M. After graduating, she moved to Orange County to intern with the A21 Campaign. She volunteers with the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force doing direct victim services and now has a seat on the Faith-Based Council. In her free time, she can be found doing something adventurous – line dancing, rock climbing, camping, hiking, hammocking, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking and last but not least, dressing up to go to Renaissance Festivals.

JOHANNA SIX // Worship Director
Johanna serves as the Worship Director of Antioch Community Church. After years of serving on the worship team at Antioch Waco, Johanna has joined Antioch Fullerton and thoroughly enjoys building and leading the team here. When Johanna isn’t leading worship or working, you can probably find her playing soccer, reading sci-fi books, camping in the outdoors, or traveling the world. One thing Johanna might not tell you about herself is that she is also a songwriter. Her inspiration often comes when she is outdoors, specifically in the mountains. Some of her favorite artists include Bethel Music, HillsongUnited, Sigur Ros, Brooke Fraser, and M83.

Abby

ABBEY DAUGHERTY // Worship Staff
Abbey serves as the Worship Administrator of Antioch Community Church. Many times, you will catch her playing drums on Sunday mornings, but Abbey also loves serving through playing guitar, bass, or by running the sound board. Abbey loves learning and teaching and will take up any chance to do it. As a licensed pilot and mechanic, she often finds herself working on random projects in her garage. Solving puzzles, drawing schematics, and building systems is her sweet spot. Things like trying new foods and restaurants, hiking and camping in new places, or even finding new activities to engage in (surfing!) tend to keep life flexible and exciting. She's always up for an adventure!

 

Board of Advisors

Our church also has an external board of advisors for the purpose of keeping our church accountable to Biblical standards, giving wise counsel in major decisions, and providing pastoral care and personal accountability for the lead pastor.  They were selected because of their experience, gifting, and commitment to see Antioch Community Church step into God’s purposes. They include:
